AVEL’s Sensation Flavor Technologies include:

  • Cooling: Invigorates through a clean and refreshing sensation. Relevant for Mint aromatic profiles but also Fruity ones.
  • Warming/Heating: Offers a heat sensation. Relevant for aromatic profiles like chilli, paprika, ginger etc.
  • Tingling: Offers a “buzz” like effect.
  • Mouthwatering: Contributes to improved palatability/ “a moister eat” of dry foods, especially relevant in sugar confectionary, chewing gum and baked goods.
